Society is very clean and now also updating with new appliances amenities like swimming pool, play area for kids , tennis court, basketball court shealter everything is good enough which makes you more comfortable to stay here

The area is maintained pretty well all seasons through. I do not see anything potential to complain about. I like living here.

Recommended maintenance
Leaky basement when it rains heavily.
Bath to Shower Transition has been fixed but doesn't always work.
Squeaky Duct when AC is running.
Very squeaky floors. It's minor but a major when try to be respectful during bedtime.
Raccoons love it when the trash is put out a couple hours early.

It is so well maintained, always clean, and well landscaped. The pool opened early this year and it is very inviting. The new chairs are so colorful and its a great place to relax and entertain guests.
