We had some problems with our washing machine but the maintenence personale were very helpfull and solved our problema with efficency.

I also think the pool should be open 24 7. Also, I would like to see weights in the exercise room. Also, the vaccuum cleaner at the car wash station doesn't work.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGreat location. Quiet neigh... — Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff. Old apartment complex. Renovations are needed. I do not feel as if this apartment complex is worth the amount charged for rent due to the condition of the unit. My unit has brand new carpet but they never addressed the squeaky floor before it was installed. To me, that just screams poor maintenance practices.
